In the rasx() context, the fact that Information Technology wastes so much energy and other natural resources is not an accident. It is out of existential ignorance and childlike brilliance. You can hear it in the language everyday, when tech people say such and such was “so much fun.” It’s a safe thing to say.

Google’s SOAP-only API is a drag. So it’s no surprise to me when this new Alexa thing is running on Amazon E-Commerce Service (ECS) technology. SonghaySystem.com and kintespace.com use ECS with no complaints.
Probably… Maybe… This new Writely thing promises to post to the “the Blogger, metaWeblog or MovableType APIs.” A few Google searches suggest to me that Writely does support WordPress. Hmm…
There is this post out there suggesting that Microsoft is artificially inflating its “popularity” statistics by designing its browser software to request images from a web page multiple times when only one request is necessary. Did this story ever blow up like the “Sony rootkit debacle”?
I consistently failed to understand why I would need to use FeedBurner, because we don’t support Pod-casting (yet). The latest development at feedburner.com may rile me up and at ’em.
