“Universe in My Pot” Cooking Series, Saturdays August 4 through October 6

The Hall of MAAT at KRST Unity Center hosts “Universe in My Pot” Presented by Vitalairs Breath & Body Works Saturdays August 4 through October 6**, 11am–**12:30pm.

Universe in My Pot Presented by Vitalairs Breath `n` Body Works

Two-part goal of our foods class is:

  1. To provide the most current info available on historical, social and practical implications of eating vegan. Class topics include: vegan nutrition concepts; raw foods concepts; food labeling; understanding GMO foods; organics; sustainable agriculture; popular diet trends; etc.
  2. To survey products, learn and practice recipes in a hands-on format, and empower new vegetarians to choose and prepare healthy foods with confidence.
