Songhay Flash Video Application?
We here at kintespace.com are preparing to build a centralized video application. This is a rhythmic thang because we already have a centralized audio application: the patterns and practices are already groovy. But video workflow is a little different and the file sizes are much larger—as well as render times. In “Creating Flash Video (FLV) Files with Flash Video Exporter” Adobe implies that I will need QuickTime Pro because I am a Sony Vegas Video user. Dude, I use the same tool that made Dogtown and Z-Boys. Dude… Du-hu-hoood!
Another interesting tidbit, by Chris Georgenes, “Migrating Flash Projects to Video,” shows how I can go in the other direction—or even experiment with converting SWF sequences into FLV for some yet to be known reasons (including, I suspect, performance reasons: bits may move faster than vectors).
