Schematron Looks Abandoned back in 2001

I’ve looked at the Schematron links page the .NET solution is straightforward—then I wandered over to “Multipass Validation with XSD and Schematron” by David Kershaw of Altova.com to see one way doing this. This January 2003 article refers to zvonSchematron at zvon.org. I can’t find anything downloadable related to zvonSchematron at zvon.org. I picked up a crazy tar file in some “Temp” folder at zvon.org—I assume this has the latest XSL. Simultaneously, we have “Beta Skeleton Module for the Schematron 1.5 XML Schema Language” by Rick Jelliffe, creator of schematron. It called skeletal and beta. Oh, I guess I’ll don my spectacles and start reading some XSLT. I am aware of Rick’s API documentation from 2001 but somehow I am not gushing over with confidence in this product… Okay so ‘product’ is the wrong word: once I understood that xt is probably James Clark’s Java tool, I can see what Rick is trying to do in “Schematron-Report.”
