The Calcium Conspiracy product

Calcium is the number one alkaline mineral (meaning it is the most alkaline of the minerals, the eight alkaline minerals, that is). The body’s bones, skeletal system, and teeth are primarily made up of calcium and thus the body require adequate amounts of this mineral to sustain the health of the bones, skeletal system, and teeth.

Calcium derives from a Latin word ‘calx’ meaning, “lime.” Calcium is an alkaline earth metal element. Its atomic number is 20; its atomic weight is 40. Its metallic form is white, flammable solid, somewhat harder than lead. Calcium is commonly produced by the electrolysis or by the thermal dissociation of calcium chloride. Calcium carbonate is the most common calcium compound, which when treated with hydrochloric acid, forms calcium chloride. Calcium is the fifth most abundant element in the human body and occurs mainly in the bone. The body requires calcium ions for the transmission of nerve impulses, muscle contraction, blood coagulation, cardiac functions, and other processes. It is a component of extracellular fluid and of soft tissue cells. In the United States dairy products are the major dietary sources of this element. The daily dietary allowances recommended by the Federal Food and Nutrition Board vary from 360 mg for infants to 1200 mg for women 15 to 18 years of age. More than 90% of the calcium in the body is stored in the skeleton, which constantly exchanges its supplies with the calcium of the interstitial fluids. The endocrine system controls the concentration of ionized calcium in the plasma. Only a fraction of this amount is ionized and diffusible; the rest is bound to proteins, especially albumin. About one third of the calcium ingested by humans is absorbed, primarily in the small bowel. Vitamin D, calcitonin, and parathyroid hormone are essential in the metabolism of calcium.” Mosby’s Medical Dictionary, 3rd edition, p. 186

If the calcium supplement is white in color, you know you’ve been had because now you know you’re taking elemental calcium and it is only elemental calcium that is white colored, not organic calcium, which is green, the color of plants (simply because the calcium is in the plant as a part of the plant).

Now why do I say there is a calcium conspiracy? Well, simply because there is. Mosby’s Medical Dictionary gives it away in its definition that: “In the United States dairy products are the major dietary sources of this element.”

Dairy (cow snot) as the primary dietary source of calcium? Dairy is a foreign substance to the human body. The body does not recognize dairy products. This is why consumption of dairy makes white blood cell count rise or increase.

When white blood cells increase, it’s a sign of a foreign substance in the body and the body is attempting to protect itself from the foreign invader.

Dairy products are greatly implicated in cancer and cause a host of other degenerative diseases, especially those involving mucus (and thus making certain inflammatory diseases end with the suffix “itis” which means ‘inflammation’).

With all the dairy products Americans consume, especially females, we shouldn’t be faced with any diseases pertaining to lack of calcium, i.e. bone loss, osteoporosis, fragile bones, etc., especially since American’s #1 source of calcium is from animals. However, the facts show that America leads the world in incidences of osteoporosis. What’s up with that? How can this be, considering all the dairy (and thus calcium) we’re supposedly getting?

Considering the words of James F. Balch infra:

People in the United States consume more dairy products and other foods high in calcium per capita than the citizens of any other two nations on earth put together. We even have orange juice and antacids that are fortified with calcium. Yet we eat far less total food, take in less calcium, and get less exercise that stimulate bone growth than our grandparents did. At the same time, we consume more animal protein and phosphate-containing foods such as soft drinks. Perhaps not surprisingly, therefore, we also have the world’s highest rates of osteoporosis and bone fractures among elderly people.

How can a people who consume inordinate amounts of calcium (by way of dairy, antacids, orange juice, etc.) lead the world in osteoporosis and bone loss? Something doesn’t add up unless you understand that there are two types of minerals—(1) oxide, and (2) phosphate, or inorganic and organic respectively, and humans must consume the right type or kind in order to thrive health-wise.

The right kind of calcium is Calcium Phosphate (derived from plant sources) and not calcium carbonate, calcium lactate, calcium citrate, or calcium gluconate. Calcium phosphate is organic calcium and thus 100% digestible, absorbable, and assimilable.

Do some research on the calcium supplement you’re taking (if you’re in fact taking a supplement). I guarantee you that the brand will contain either carbonate, lactate, citrate, or gluconate of calcium.

If the calcium supplement is white in color, you know you’ve been had because now you know you’re taking elemental calcium and it is only elemental calcium that is white colored, not organic calcium, which is green, the color of plants (simply because the calcium is in the plant as a part of the plant).

And for the past decade many people have been duped into consuming calcium derived from the coral reefs off the coast of Japan. That’s right! Coral calcium is the latest calcium craze!

There are certain folks who have resorted to consuming plankton for purposes of attaining dietary calcium. There’s actually a whole industry that robs the ocean of its plankton, pulverizes it and sells it to people under the pretenses of selling them a natural source of calcium. We are now robbing the ocean for purposes of calcium so as to prevent certain deficiencies and pathologies and it’s the equivalent of robbing sharks of their fins allegedly for purposes of preventing pathology such as cancer.

You can’t eat plankton! It’s too hard! You’ll damage your teeth! Just because coral reef is pulverized in a blender and made into a fine powder doesn’t mean it’s okay to take. The body cannot assimilate it like the body can assimilate plants—the best source of natural and organic calcium.

In case you’re wondering by now, great natural sources of calcium include:

  • Moringa
  • Comfrey
  • Oatstraw
  • Horsetail
  • Nettle
  • Spirulina
  • Alfalfa
  • Red Raspberry Leaf
  • Spinach Leaf
  • Chlorella

Begin to see calcium, organic calcium as green and inorganic sources of calcium as white! This should help you to start consuming more green foods, especially for purposes of deriving calcium and other necessary nutrients.

Avoid white-colored sources of calcium, i.e. milk, Tums, Rolaids, etc. because in almost all cases, the calcium is not from an organic source. And how unwise is it to attempt to get calcium from a pharmaceutical-grade antacid tablet? It just doesn’t make any sense!

You see, just because a thing or substance is natural doesn’t mean it’s organic. Don’t get caught up on the word ‘natural.’ Start thinking in terms of ‘organic’ and ‘inorganic.’ Both calcium oxide and calcium phosphate are natural, but your body can only efficiently digest, absorb, and assimilate one kind: ORGANIC!

The human body needs organic nutrition, not inorganic nutrition. The body cannot be properly nurtured from inorganic substances. Inorganic substances are not assimilated in the human body and humans lost their once plant-like ability to convert oxide minerals into phosphate minerals. This is what makes humic and fulvic acid awesome substances today. They have the ability to help the human body convert oxides into phosphates so the body can absorb them. I mix both substances in my Kemetian.

Calcium derived from dairy sources as a source of calcium is greatly flawed. Remove domesticated dairy cows and folks in the Western world would not be consuming all the dairy products they are currently eating. Remove the cows and there’d be no excess consumption of milk, cheese, ice cream, butter, sour cream, yogurt, kefir, or colostrums.

If anything, these dairy products named supra should be made from human breast milk from females, but of course just the thought alone is gross for most people. But from a cow? Not hardly! If it’s from a cow then it’s acceptable to the average dairy consumer.

Liquid excreta products from another creature, i.e. cow or goat, is foreign inside the human body. Dairy products are derived from the mammary glands in particular and the reproductive system in general of a lower creature—a foreign creature, so when human females consume dairy products, their own mammary gland and reproductive system gets thrown off—becomes out of sync, not at ease. When a thing is “not-at-ease” it is “dis-eased.” The English prefix “dis” means “not” or “negation.”

When the body is diseased, it is not at ease. Dairy is mammary-derived and in addition to this fact, dairy contains the chemicals that affect a cow’s growth—synthetic hormones, and in turn, the synthetic hormones affect the dairy consumer. Meat and dairy are great culprits in obesity in the U.S. It really is true that you are what you eat, and not only this, but that you are affected by what you eat and there’s no escaping this fact.

Basically, the calcium conspiracy is that people are purposely brainwashed to see calcium only as a white substance (i.e. milk, Tums, Rolaids, etc.) and while there is a white-colored source of calcium produced in Nature, it must be known that it is inorganic and thus indigestible, unabsorbable, and inassimilable.

People would do well to begin to think in terms of calcium being green instead of white. They would even benefit seeing calcium as orange in color or even red instead of white.

Green denotes Nature and pertaining to food, Nature is going to provide the human body with everything it needs and require and in the right or proper state, and this includes calcium.

The right kind of calcium for you and I is calcium phosphate or organic calcium. If your calcium source is not a food, it is harmful to your body.

Understand that a food provides organic nutrition (essential elements) that the body can break down (assimilate, absorb) and use to energize the body, maintain and sustain the body for purposes of growth and also to repair the body.

Now that you understand what ‘food’ is, please perform this test to find out if your calcium source is a food or derived from a food:

Is Tums a food? Is Rolaids a food? Is processed (pasteurized and homogenized) cow milk a food?

These things are not food and thus not organic sources of calcium. These things will cause the body’s white blood cells to proliferate which means an invader is present in the body.

In conclusion, again, we have been programmed and conditioned to link the color white with calcium. And yes, being technical I know white is not a color but the absence of color, but I’m stating white as a color within this article for the purposes of making a point in relation to educating.

Who says we need 1,600—1,800 mg of calcium? Who created this RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) for calcium? What makes government (i.e. FDA) an authority on nutrition? Government is a part of the calcium conspiracy.

These RDA’s result from experiments and tests on middle age White men which means the RDA for nutrition (nutrients) does a disservice to everyone who’s not a middle aged white man, including a 15-year old White teen male or a 32-year old White woman.

While I would agree that White women require larger amounts of calcium, however, African and African-American women do not require large amounts of calcium or the same amount White women (Europeans, Caucasian) require.

African and/or African American women should be more concerned about getting more iron, copper, and thiocyanate into their bodies rather than calcium.

However, receiving proper amounts of calcium should not be neglected or avoided by African and/or African-American women. Instead of the RDA of 1,600 to 1,800 mg, 1,000—1,200 mg will suffice for African/African-American women/females!
